Fit 901 Medical Support Options

Learn about the physician-supported options that may help with fat loss, cravings, recovery, energy, focus, healthy aging, and long-term wellness.

This page gives a simple overview of how the process works, the categories of options clients may explore, and the next step if you’d like help getting started.

This page is educational only and is not medical advice.

Important to Know

Fit 901 is a coaching and support program, not a medical practice. Our role is to help you understand potential options, stay supported through the process, and communicate clearly with the medical care team.

A licensed medical provider reviews your information, considers your goals and health history, and decides whether any treatment is appropriate. Fit 901 does not decide which medication you receive and does not provide medical advice.

When a prescription is written, medications are prepared and shipped by a licensed pharmacy. Fit 901 does not dispense or ship medication. Approval of any medication or treatment is never guaranteed.

How the Process Works

Here is a simple overview of how clients typically move through the medical support process with the partnered care team.

Step 1: Talk with Fit 901 staff about your goals
You’ll have a conversation with a Fit 901 team member about your current habits, challenges, and goals. This helps you decide what you may want to request or discuss with the medical provider.

Step 2: Complete the intake / assessment
You’ll fill out an intake form with health history, current medications, goals, and preferences. This information is used by the medical care team to understand your situation.

Step 3: Your information is reviewed by the care team and physician
A licensed medical provider reviews your intake, any requested options, and other relevant information. They determine whether any treatment is appropriate, and if so, what type and dose may make sense.

Step 4: If approved, the prescription is coordinated through the pharmacy
If the provider approves a treatment plan, the prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy. The pharmacy prepares and ships the medication, if prescribed. Fit 901 does not dispense or ship medication.

Step 5: You receive support, education, and follow-up
You’ll receive instructions and educational materials from the care team and ongoing habit, accountability, and lifestyle support from Fit 901. You can also schedule check-ins to review how things are going and adjust your plan as needed with the appropriate team members.

Submitting an intake or request is a request for review, not a guarantee of any specific medication or outcome. A physician may approve, adjust, or decline a requested option based on clinical judgment. In some cases, a separate physician review fee may apply.

Questions about side effects, symptoms, or dosing should always be directed to the medical care team or pharmacy, not the front desk or coaching staff. Fit 901 staff can help you prepare good questions, but they do not provide medical advice.

Types of Support Clients May Explore

Below are some of the main categories of physician-supported options you may see discussed. These are general descriptions only. They are not recommendations, and they do not replace medical advice from a licensed provider.

1. GLP-1 support

Medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide may be used to support appetite control, cravings, blood sugar regulation, meal consistency, and weight-loss efforts when paired with healthy nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits. Dosing, duration, and fit are always decided by the prescribing provider.

2. Metabolic support options

Some options are designed to support metabolism, energy, body composition, or fat-loss efforts. These may help you make the most of your nutrition and training, but they do not replace consistent habits or a well-rounded health plan.

3. Recovery and tissue-support options

Certain options may be aimed at supporting joint comfort, recovery after training, soft-tissue support, and rehabilitation efforts. These are often used alongside physical therapy, smart training, and other recovery strategies.

4. Energy, focus, and cognitive support

Some options are intended to support steady energy, focus, stress resilience, and productivity. These approaches are typically used alongside sleep, stress-management, and lifestyle strategies, not in place of them.

5. Healthy aging and longevity support

Certain peptide or hormone-support approaches may be focused on sleep quality, recovery, tissue health, vitality, appearance-related wellness goals, and long-term resilience. These options are individualized and always guided by the prescribing provider’s judgment.

6. Microdosing options

In some cases, physicians may use lower-dose or microdosing approaches for gentler appetite support, weight maintenance, cravings, or consistency. This is not right for everyone and is never guaranteed. Whether a microdosing approach is appropriate is decided solely by the prescribing provider after reviewing your information.

This May Be Worth Exploring If You Are Trying To:

Medical support options may be considered as one part of a broader coaching and lifestyle plan. They may be worth discussing with the care team if you are working toward goals like:

  • lose significant weight
  • stop slow weight regain
  • reduce cravings or food noise
  • improve energy and focus
  • recover better from training or old injuries
  • support healthy aging and long-term vitality
  • maintain progress after previous weight loss
  • get gentle support when full-dose options may not be the right fit
