This page describes our text messaging program and how we handle the mobile information you give us. It applies to every text message we send.<\/p>\n<h3>What messages you will receive<\/h3>\n<p>If you opt in, Fit 901 sends you messages relating to your own training with us. These include appointment confirmations and reminders for sessions you have booked, account and billing notices, and coaching follow-ups from your coach.<\/p>\n<h3>How you opt in<\/h3>\n<p>Consent is collected in two ways, both of them first-party and both requiring a deliberate action by you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>On our website.<\/strong> You enter your own mobile number on our intake form and tick a consent box that is not pre-checked. The number is then confirmed with a one-time code sent to that handset.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In person.<\/strong> You provide your mobile number and agree to the same disclosure printed directly above the signature line when you sign your training agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.<\/strong> You can train with Fit 901 without agreeing to receive texts.<\/p>\n<h3>Message frequency<\/h3>\n<p>Message frequency varies and depends on your own schedule and activity with us. As a guide, most clients receive between two and eight messages per month.<\/p>\n<h3>Cost<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Message and data rates may apply.<\/strong> Fit 901 does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them according to your plan.<\/p>\n<h3>How to stop receiving messages<\/h3>\n<p>You may cancel at any time. <strong>Reply STOP<\/strong> to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed. We will send a single confirmation that you have been removed, and after that we will not send you any further messages. To rejoin, reply START.<\/p>\n<h3>How to get help<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Reply HELP<\/strong> to any message from us for assistance, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.<\/p>\n<h3>Carriers<\/h3>\n<p>Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier&#8217;s network and to conditions outside our control.<\/p>\n<h3>Supported carriers<\/h3>\n<p>Our messages are supported on major United States carriers, including AT&amp;T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others.<\/p>\n<h2>Privacy of your mobile information<\/h2>\n<p><strong>No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.<\/strong> Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.<\/p>\n<p>We collect your mobile number solely in order to operate the messaging program described above. We do not sell your mobile number. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose it to any third party for that party&#8217;s own marketing use.<\/p>\n<p>The only parties who ever receive your mobile number are the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and they may use it for no purpose other than delivering those messages for us.<\/p>\n<p>We keep your mobile number for as long as you remain a client or a subscriber to the messaging program.
