Personal Training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, have health or injury limitations, are training for a specific sport or event, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
Personal Training is also a great option if you are a CrossFit member but want to learn a higher-level skill, refine your technique, or want to conquer a plateau.
Reasons to consider personal training
You have a very specific goal you want to achieve with a limited window of time
Personal Training will be much faster than group classes to achieve a specific goal. For example, if you are signed up for a OCR (Obstacle Course Race) in two months, we need to maximize your focus on endurance, upper body pulling strength, grip strength, and running technique rather than every possible skill.
You have an injury or need specific modifications that need close attention.
If you have a significant injury history, disability, or risk factors that need a closer eye than what you would get in a group class, personal training is the safest and most effective way to start a new fitness routine.
You are short on time or can’t make it during our regularly scheduled classes.
With 1-on-1 attention, you would be amazed at the results you can achieve in just 30 minutes. Personal training is the most effective way to maximize results in a short amount of time.
We also offer private CrossFit classes for those who prefer a less chaotic environment, want extra attention, or who can’t make it in during regularly scheduled class times. With 1-on-1 attention, you can typically get what would be a one-hour class done in a 45 minute Personal Training session.
You prefer or need 1 on 1 or very small group attention.
We get it – sometimes you just want to be the center of attention! This may be a long term option for you if you prefer to establish a very close relationship with your trainer and have them watch your every move. Just finished Foundations but not quite ready to join group classes? We can schedule a few private sessions and prove to you that you can do this!
A personal training session will be whatever you need it to be and can be scheduled at any convenient time for you that syncs up with your preferred coach’s availability. We can arrange personal training sessions for individuals and for groups up to 3 people.
