Online Coaching means we design your training, guide your nutrition, and hold you accountable remotely. You get more flexibility and often more overall support week to week, but you’re responsible for executing the sessions on your own.
We’ll work with whatever you realistically have access to—commercial gym, garage gym, or basic home setup. That said, having at least some form of free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, or a barbell), a place to press and hinge safely, and room to move will make your results better. During your initial conversation, we’ll talk through your equipment and design around it.
Some people feel better within a couple of weeks simply from having structure and moving more intentionally. Strength and body composition changes typically show up more clearly over the first 8–12 weeks and continue to build from there. Your starting point, consistency, and recovery all matter. Yes—with the right structure and oversight. We work with a US physician-led, licensed medical team that will manage your prescriptions, if prescriptions are indicated. That licensed medical provider is responsible for all decisions around medications. Our job is to protect your lean mass, build strength, improve fitness, and help you install habits so that any progress you make with medical support is sustainable. We’ll coordinate our recommendations with what your provider approves. Any and all prescribed peptides, and medications will be prescribed and monitored by that medical team and will be delivered to your door from a licensed US pharmacy, so you know you're getting pure, legitimate medications.
We’ll use a combination of software, messaging, and scheduled check-ins. You’ll have clear expectations for when to update your coach, how to send videos for key lifts, and how we’ll review your training and nutrition.
